The extremely popular site Dizzywood is one of the fastest growing childrens games. It is a fun virtual world where kids can meet new friends, safely chat and play games. Kids can also adventure and explore throughout a giant and nearly endless world filled with many challenges and fun encounters. The game is completely free for kids to play, but if they want access to more activities and features they can subscribe for a monthly rate.
Here I’ll lay out a few of the fundamental elements so you can know what separates Dizzywood from all other online kids games.
When you first start playing the game, you can design and change your character’s look. Kids can change their character’s overall appearance, hairstyle and more. You can control every aspect of your character’s facial appearance, even things like eye color and shape of facial features like your nose and mouth. There are a lot of specific things that you can experiment with and a lot of the fun is just messing around with your character’s look and feel. If you ever get bored of your look, you’re free to change it anytime you want. All you need to do is to click on the “Change Your Look” button in the game and the camera zooms in on your character, letting you make changes again.
Want to experiment with clothes and fashion? You can try a complete outfit change in Dizzywood. There are a few clothing stores in the game. The first one you’ll encounter is the Clothing Wagon in Presto’s Grove. It offers a lot of choices of tops, pants, hats and more. The best part is that all of the clothes in the Clothing Wagon are totally free. There are more clothes in different clothing stores throughout Dizzywood, such as Groomfur’s fashion store but you usually need to be a Gold or Silver subscriber to get these clothes. Some are free though!
New players in Dizzywood can also build their very own Dizzywood home. You get your first home in Dizzywood by talking to Brooke Lodgington, a helpful and friendly character that kids can meet in Presto’s Edge. She will offer new players a home and a special home guide. It helps new players learn how to obtain furniture and decorate their home.
Dizzywood players can arrive in their home easily by clicking on the home icon. It’s located in their backpack. If players want to invite friends and others to visit their home, they can put a special portal on the ground. Anyone who walks on the portal can visit the player’s home. If you want more privacy, you can lock your home so that no one can visit. The most fun part of a home is selecting all the furniture. To purchase new furniture, you go to the Home Emporium, a giant store in Dizzywood that sells all kinds of cool furniture. Some of the furniture you can purchase is for everyone but a lot of the items can only be purchased by Gold and Silver subscribers.
Once you put the furniture in your house you can move it to its desired location by using the Magic Move button in the home section of your backpack. You can also change the size of each object by using the Magic Size button also found in your backpack. Soon your place will feel like home sweet home.
Dizzywood is one of the largest and most expansive of online kids games, with lots of different areas and locations to adventure and explore in. Every area of Dizzywood has a completely different feel, and the areas range from dense jungles to sandy beaches. Plus there are plenty of towns and similar places to adventure in, including the bustling metropolis of Canal City. Players can get to know all the known lands of by examining the map they are given when they first create an account and log into the game. The map remains in your backpack as an easy reference tool, and you can access it from the game’s hotbar as well. Once players become familiar with the map, they may begin to discover uncharted lands. These secret lands are one of the most surprising and exciting finds within the game.
Players looking for a purpose should undertake a few missions. The missions are story related challenges. Players who succeed will be rewarded with new tools, coins, or badges, depending on the mission.
Amy loves games. When she’s not playing them, she writes about them and covers games like online kids games for a number of online blogs.
