However, I usually meet a few people that makes excuses by saying how a webinar will not work for them. 3) Being in front of people is too intimidating. With webinars this is not a problem. Whenever I decide to do a webinar, I do not have a camera fixed on my face. Instead, I use my phone and computer. It is the same as having a conversation with a friend, and my PowerPoint presentation does the rest for me. The slides guide you so that even if you are not a big public talker, you will not have any difficulties because you will be using the PowerPoint presentation. You will not need to memorize any lines. You are also not trying to be a sensational speaker in front of people. You will likely not even be as nervous as you would when talking personally to people. You will be amazed at just how relaxing it can be to present information. So if you can talk on a phone and follow all that is on you computer, you can host a webinar!

If after reading this article you realize that you have been making excuses and avoiding webinars, you need to ask yourself if the excuses are worth it. I will not say that webinars will make you rich overnight, but I can say that webinars have made a significant contribution to my monthly income. If you are running short on time, then record yourself and use an automated program to make the calls to the people you are interested in targeting. A fax is another alternative that can be used to reach the people you are interested in contacting.

You can also use webinars as a tool to send direct mail. Given the expenses that are attached to this, it would be best to send them to those you are sure are interested. It will not be hard to figure this out because the mere fact they attended your webinar is proof enough that they are interested. With deadlines to meet and errands to run, anyone who attends your webinar is directly saying that they are willing to hear from you.

A sales pitch may not be as effective as a follow up right after a webinar, and that is why it is important that this it is done. Essentially, you pre-qualify your contacts through your webinars before you do any promotions. You can use any of these tools after a webinar because you will know that the people you have targeted are interested as opposed to the public as a whole.

The object of the game when starting an online campaign is how many pages you can create rather than really sculpting these pages. When you create a page, you’re creating a page rank out of nothing. A brand new page with no links to it has some PR value in it, and it is between zero and one, there is some value there however minor. The best way to think about page rank is looking at it as continually evolving. The more constant you can provide content for your site, the better PR it will have. Even when Matt Cutts joined the internet marketing scene, he said it was very different to what the published patented algorithm among search engines was some time ago.

But aside from that, the original idea for page ranking was measuring the likelihood that a random guy surfing the web would land on your web page. So if you had more content out there, it does makes sense if you link it well and you have external links to those pages, you have a higher probability of stumbling on the page if there are more pages out there.

Obviously if there are more keywords out there you can potentially rank for as well. Once we start to create some of these pages and we’re testing it, we do a little bit of on page stuff and then start on our off page campaign.

The primary challenge when you have some content is to get the thing indexed and build up some initial links to that content so that content gets discovered ideally with those keywords in the links linking to your web page. That is basically to build that first set of links. Each of those links is relatively low value. At that stage of the process, it’s about getting indexed, getting relevant links for a bunch of low competition pages. Now that might be enough to see some good rankings based on those initial set of low ranking links that you’re building into your content. But that is certainly where I would start, because it’s so easy and it has become part of our publishing process and that’s why we’ve built it into our product Market Samurai.

After you’ve finished your blog, you just click a button and use the keyword and write some description about what your content’s about and you’ve got a couple of hundred links being built over time from social book marks and site directories and RSS submissions.
